You may place orders for Inside Out: A Gathering of Poets in the US two ways.
If you live in the US, you may simply send a check or money order for $10.00 USD per book plus postage by mail to order the book. Please email me at anneyohn@alltel.net to get the address and confirm the postage. See links below to determine postage.
Or from anywhere, you may order through PayPal, using the screen that appears. Using PayPal, you may pay by credit card, a bank debit card, or directly from your bank account. There are no fees involved if you live in the US, and minimal exchange rate fees if you live overseas.
The process:
If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to log in. If you don't, you'll need to set up a free Personal Account, providing just enough information to allow the transaction to occur.
Note: whatever information you list in a PayPal account is extremely secure and is not visible to anyone.
After logging in or setting up an account, if you aren't taken there, click on "My Account".
When your account details show, click on the Send Money tab at the top. If you are asked, choose "Pay Anyone" for the category.
You will need to provide the following information:

Click Continue when you've completed this information, provide the rest of the information requested, and your order will be processed.
What happens next? I will receive an email advising me that you've placed an order. Then, using the information you've supplied, the book or books you've ordered will be sent. I may email you with a request to confirm information that you've included if I have questions.
